About Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet
Located at 3811 Nazareth Pike, Bethlehem, PA 18020, Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet operates as a chinese buffet serving Bethlehem in Pennsylvania. Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 AMβ10:30 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Bethlehem peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Buffet food was mediocre and of average quality. They serve typical Chinese dishes with a hibachi station. Dessert options included fruits, pastries, pudding, and an ice cream station with various flavors, which was a plus. Sushi was below standard and was slow to be restocked when it ran out. Iβve had better-tasting buffets at lower prices, so consider shopping around before choosing this one.

Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet offers good food and a wide selection of dishes. As with most buffets, the food is consistent, which means if you visit several times, you'll usually find the same menu. The quality is good, and I've generally enjoyed my meals there. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the service experience. Some of the waitresses can be a bit pushy, checking on you very frequently and making you feel rushed while you're trying to enjoy your meal. I also feel there can be an expectation for a tip even when the service isn't exceptional. I understand it's a buffet, but when I go out to eat, I'd like to enjoy my food at my own pace without feeling pressured. Other than that, the food is good, and it's still a solid option if you're looking for a buffet in the area. ππ€π₯©π£

Excellent selection of FRESH foods, including seafood. Constantly bring out new supply. Incredible choices with a WHOLE area of desserts. Sushi area and area that will cook for you. Helpful if you tip them for cooking vs buffet area. Definitely returning. So many delicious Choices and you can try new things and stuff yourself IF you choose!

Potential to be better. The food is mostly good, but everything is in a sauce! Some items even not so good. Haven't been there in a long time & alsp, i remembered it being less chaotic. There were 7 of us & 1 was a todler. I dislike people hovering at my table when I'm eating. I could understand a little if the restaurant was full & patrons were in line to get in. That wasn't the case. Half of the restaurant was not seated. Every time someone got up to get something, the plates were snatched around those still eating. I don't clear plates at my table & i don't expect it when i'm eating out. The food wasn't bad, but not good enough to return for another lengthy period. Sorry. The atmosphere made a difference for me. When we left, outside we chatted a bit & family members said the same thing. Sorry :(
